For over eight years, we partnered with CDI LLC (now AHEAD), working closely with their in-house marketing team to bring their initiatives to life. As their go-to creative partner, we provided design support across a wide range of projects including branding, website maintenance, and various marketing and event campaigns. Our role was to complement their marketing strategy with high-quality creative that reinforced their brand, engaged their audience, and converted leads. Veeam Cloud Management Campaign

CDI launched a strategic campaign to drive customer engagement and sign-ups for Veeam’s cloud-based data protection services. We worked closely with their marketing team to create a cohesive multi-channel campaign that included:

  • Standalone Landing Page: A single, high-converting page featuring a form to schedule a meeting and a secondary form to download the free guide, DRaaS for Dummies.
  • Funnel Campaign: A multi-step landing page experience designed to guide users through the conversion process. The first landing page focused on providing value upfront by offering a free guide, 'DRaaS for Dummies.' Users had to submit their email to download the guide, allowing CDI to capture their contact information. This helped establish credibility and positioned CDI as a helpful resource. After downloading the guide, users were directed to a second landing page encouraging them to take the next step—scheduling a meeting. From there, CDI's team would follow up with captured leads directly.
  • Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads: Targeted ad campaigns driving traffic to both landing page variations, increasing conversions and engagement.

Pure-as-a-Service™ Campaign

CDI partnered with Pure Storage to promote Pure-as-a-Service™, a pay-as-you-go Storage-as-a-Service (STaaS) solution that transforms enterprise storage into an efficient, scalable utility. While CDI already had display and social ads provided by Pure Storage, we designed and built a high-converting landing page to support the campaign and drive customer engagement. The page was designed to match the messaging and visuals of the paid media campaign, ensuring a cohesive user journey from ad click to conversion.

Splunk Up Your Life Campaign

Following CDI’s acquisition of Kintyre, a world-class Splunk integrator, we launched the "Splunk Up Your Life" campaign to promote CDI’s newly expanded Splunk services. The campaign aimed to inform existing customers about the enhanced services now available through CDI, helping them take full advantage of the powerful Splunk platform.

To drive engagement, we created two A/B-tested landing pages: one outlining Splunk use cases directly on the page, and another that required users to submit their email to download a detailed use case PDF. Both pages included a "Schedule a Meeting" lead form. The campaign featured a retro-inspired design, incorporating bright, 90s-themed colors and playful patterns across all materials. Catchy phrases like “Splunk Up Your Life,” “Got Splunk?” and “Splunk There It Is” were used to add energy and personality to the campaign.

Security Webinar Series

To position CDI as a thought leader in cybersecurity, we supported their Security Webinar Series, a collection of free 30-minute sessions covering various security topics for both existing and potential customers. To promote the series and streamline the registration process, we designed and developed a dedicated webinar microsite where users could easily sign up for upcoming sessions and explore past webinars. We also created a social media graphic template to promote each webinar, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual presence across platforms.

We then developed a series of emails to drive engagement throughout the webinar lifecycle. This included transactional emails such as registration confirmations and event reminders, which were sent to users as they signed up. We followed up with thank-you emails for attendees, as well as reminders for those who couldn’t make it, encouraging them to catch up on the content. By creating a seamless communication flow, we helped CDI maximize participation, engagement, and continued interest in future webinars.
